shall receive all contributed monies, make timely payments as authorized, serve as a member of the Stewardship, Education and Finance Committee, give a financial report at each meeting of the Association Council and an Annual Report. All financial records are made available for an annual audit.

Registrar – Kris Abbey
shall maintain the official roll of member local churches and authorized ministers of the Association holding standing, report regularly to the Association, Council and the Church and Ministry Committee and the Michigan Conference, sign all certificates of authorized minister, keep a record of students-in-care, and send notices of Installations and other special services.
